Biography

Luo Shengkang works at Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital. He has long been engaged in plastic surgery, aesthetic medicine, and laser medicine. He has received four Second-Class Awards for Scientific and Technological Progress at the military and provincial levels and three Third-Class Awards for Scientific and Technological Progress at the military and provincial levels. He has led four national and provincial research projects, has enrolled and supervised several postgraduate students through graduation, and has published more than 40 papers in renowned professional journals in China and abroad. He spent three years conducting clinical and research work in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of Lausanne Faculty of Medicine (CHUV), Switzerland, and the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine (UCSD), USA. His doctoral thesis received the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award from the University of Lausanne Faculty of Medicine, and he was the first Chinese national to receive this award from the university.
